Five questions for a
safer creator workflow

A creator business depends on more than a password. Ownership, collaborators, content, and continuity all need attention.

01

Who owns the account?

Identify the business owner of each channel, publishing account, and key service. Know who controls recovery details and administrative access. Separate ownership decisions from the convenience of sharing a single login.

02

Who still has access?

Review collaborators when a project begins, changes, and ends. A folder shared for an edit can outlive the contract that justified it. Assign an owner to review access rather than assume the platform will decide when someone no longer needs it.

03

Where does unreleased work travel?

Map the path from capture to review, edit, approval, and publication. Include local devices, shared storage, transfer links, and external suppliers. Identify where sensitive versions or client information could be exposed.

04

How will we keep working?

Discuss how the team would operate if a key account, device, or shared service became unavailable. Recovery depends on usable copies, known ownership, and a plan the team can follow—not only on the existence of a backup setting.

05

Who speaks when something happens?

Agree who checks the facts, who makes operational decisions, and who approves communication with clients or audiences. Rehearse the contacts and decisions before an account problem becomes a release-day crisis.
