Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Subscription Services

Customers may cancel subscription services at any time.

• Cancellations stop future billing cycles.

• Previously billed subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

• Access to subscription services may remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Consulting & Technical Services

Due to the time-based nature of consulting and technical services:

• Completed work and time already performed are non-refundable.

• Refund requests for unresolved service issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Project Services

For custom projects:

• Deposits may be non-refundable once work has begun.

• Partial refunds may be issued depending on project progress and incurred costs.

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact us before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.
